Built deliberately. Run directly.
A Yenke Law PLLC is an independent Florida law practice founded on the belief that clients deserve the full attention of the attorney they hire.
Why the firm exists
Most legal problems are not abstract. They involve a property, a contract, a payment, a deadline — something concrete with real money and real consequences attached. A Yenke Law PLLC was founded by attorney Agnieszka M. Yenke to serve clients facing exactly those problems, with a structure that keeps the work where it belongs: in the hands of the attorney responsible for it.
Attorney Yenke was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2008 and holds both a J.D. and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University — a combination that shapes how the firm reads a legal problem: through the documents, and through the economics behind them. The firm is intentionally boutique. That is not a limitation — it is the model. A focused practice means conflicts are rare, communication is direct, and strategy is not filtered through layers of staff.
Who the firm serves
The firm represents individuals, property owners, investors, and small to mid-sized businesses in matters governed by Florida law. Some clients come with a single citation, transaction, or dispute; others rely on the firm for recurring legal needs. Clients are served in English and Polish, with conversational Spanish and Russian available.
Four commitments to every client.
Clarity
You should always understand where your matter stands, what the options are, and what each option costs. Advice is delivered in plain English — or in Polish, if that serves you better.
Preparation
Positions are built on the record — documents, deadlines, and facts — before they are asserted. Preparation is the firm’s competitive discipline.
Candor
If a claim is weak, you will hear it early. If a settlement is smarter than a fight, you will hear that too. Honest assessment protects clients; flattery does not.
Efficiency
Legal work should be scoped, sequenced, and proportionate to what is at stake. Your budget is treated as a constraint to respect, not a resource to consume.
An independent PLLC.
A Yenke Law PLLC is organized as a Florida professional limited liability company. The firm operates independently, which means engagements are accepted selectively and each matter receives direct attorney attention from intake through resolution.
For matters that benefit from additional resources — co-counsel, consultants, or local counsel in other jurisdictions — the firm helps coordinate the right team while remaining your single point of accountability.
Talk through your situation.
A short consultation is often enough to understand where you stand, what your options are, and what it may take to move forward. Inquiries are reviewed for conflicts before any consultation is scheduled.
Submitting an inquiry does not create an attorney–client relationship. Please do not include confidential or time-sensitive information.
